PlaylistGator ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship operated by Chris Maragakis, Paso Robles, California, USA. By using playlistgator.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.
You import a track list (for example a CSV exported with a third-party tool such as Exportify, or text you paste) and we return search links to legitimate, licensed music stores (such as Beatport, Traxsource, Bandcamp, Apple Music/iTunes and Amazon) where each track may be purchased. We do not host, stream, download, rip, convert or distribute any audio. Purchases are made directly with those stores under their own terms; we are not a party to them and are not responsible for their prices, availability or files. Match results and format information are provided as-is and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
PlaylistGator is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spotify, Exportify or any store we link to. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect periods already paid. See our Refund Policy.
Do not use the Service to infringe copyright, scrape or resell our results in bulk, overload or attack the Service, or circumvent the free-preview limits or payment checks.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
